Sanitize the area and place the contents of the kit on a paper towel. The kit has a nasal swab, an extraction tube, a vial containing liquid, and a cassette test.

Empty the vial’s contents into the extraction tube. Lean your head back and insert the swab into the nostril and gently twirl for five seconds. Repeat for the other nostril. Put the swab inside the extraction tube and swirl it around for a few minutes. Take out the swab, close the tube with the dropper, and empty a few drops into the small hole in the cassette. Wait for 15 minutes. There is the control and the test (C and T). If two lines appear, then it’s a positive result. If only the line on the C appears, it’s negative.

Get a rapid covid testing kit if you feel you are symptomatic.
