People on North America have been taxes for a long time. Before 1776, the American Colonies had to pay taxes to Great Britain. That was actually one of the reasons that they revolted. They wanted taxes from their own government, and they got them. People still struggle with taxes and require help with tax debt.

When a person is in serious debt to the IRS, they need to beware of the tax levy. Getting help with back taxes can prevent the government from seizing the assets of a person. The government does have some laws to help those who need tax problem help.

The United States Constitution makes it so that the IRS needs to give a taxpayer notice of a coming levy and give them a chance to be heard. The law also requires the IRS to obtain permission from a magistrate to levy the house of a taxpayer who needs tax problem help.

To protect employees, an employer who needs tax problem help is not allowed to fire an employee to avoid a tax levy. If they do fire employees, they would be subject to fines and imprisonment.

Owing the government is not a good thing. Many people need tax problem help to overcome their financial struggles.

  1. I don’t think it is wrong. If a person does not have enough money, they should be allowed to let some people go. The government forces people to hold onto more assets than they can pay for.
